Fix:
 [HKLM \System \CurrentControlSet \Control \Lsa] 
0 - None. Rely on default permissions.
1 - Do not allow enumeration of SAM accounts and names.
2 - No access without explicit anonymous permissions.
(default is 0)

Fix:
I uninstalled and reinstalled the Microsoft for Networking Client and now 
Network Drives and Network shares are working as before.
